Only 3 household pets are allowed. No owner/renter shall be permitted to maintain in the home a bull terrier (pit bull or pit bull mix) or any dog or dogs of mean or violent temperament or otherwise evidencing such a temperament.
Pets must be on a leash when outside of the residents and all excretions must be pick up and disposed of immediately.
For 2021 the assessments are $349 per month for each single-family home. Dues are due and payable on the 1st day of each month.
The dues include common area maintenance and professional property management.
